This architectural design introduces a sleek, contemporary high-rise concept for the 99 West tower in Frankfurt, showcasing a highly structured and geometric high-rise typology. The building features a sharp, grid-like facade that uses deep vertical and horizontal mullions to create a distinct woven or mesh-like structural appearance across the tower's volume. 

A prominent, multi-story lower podium serves as the building's base, anchoring the structure to the streetscape while keeping an open, transparent ground floor that engages with the surrounding urban environment. Above this podium, a lushly planted rooftop terrace introduces an elevated green space that breaks the verticality of the design. 

The main tower rises dynamically with clean, straight lines, terminating in an asymmetric, angular roof profile that points sharply into the skyline. The back-facing side of the tower introduces a contrasted architectural rhythm, integrating stacked, protruding balconies that add texture and physical depth to the overall composition. Floor-to-ceiling glass paneling is used consistently throughout the facade, establishing high visual permeability and maximizing natural light throughout the interior spaces.
