Millennium Tower

The architectural concept introduces a dynamic mixed-use ensemble composed of two towers of varying heights integrated with a perimeter block development. The lower tower is dedicated to residential units, while the taller tower combines office environments with hotel functions, crowned by a publicly accessible observation deck. Activating the streetscape, the lower plinth levels house vibrant public programming, including gastronomy, retail, a daycare center, and cultural spaces.

A defining feature is the vertical circulation, which is externalized into a transparent, connecting glass volume between the two towers. This glazed structural fissure rises to a height of 333 meters, allowing the hotel and office sky lobbies to merge into a shared, elevated urban hub. Spanning from the 40th to the 43rd floors, this high-altitude public space features vibrant restaurants and retail zones.

Structurally, the project replaces conventional concrete with timber elements. The floor system is engineered as timber-concrete composite slabs organized into modular, six-story stacked packages. This innovative load-bearing principle dictates both the biophilic internal microclimate and the distinct, grid-like tectonic expression of the exterior facades.
