The building establishes a fluid transition between built space and nature, utilizing large-scale glass curtain walls that dissolve the visual boundary between the interior and the public parkland. A tiered concrete landscape integrates wide pedestrian steps and a central reflection pool beneath the building's arched portal, enhancing the microclimate and reinforcing the connection to water.

The building's functional layout is divided into dedicated swimming pools, a sauna wellness zone, and an active adventure area equipped with water slides. The expressive, rising peak of the roof directly follows the function of the adventure area, soaring upward to accommodate the vertical clearance required for the large slide structures. In contrast, the roof line drops lower over the sauna and wellness zones, creating a compressed, intimate structure. This specialized wellness area utilizes strategically placed skylights instead of expansive glazing, establishing a dimly lit, tranquil atmosphere where natural light is controlled to enhance relaxation and privacy.
