The spatial concept for this forward-looking corporate campus defines a highly flexible office building tailored to modern organizational structures, accommodating approximately 1,000 contemporary workplaces. The architecture expresses a forward-thinking identity both externally and internally, creating an immediate atmosphere of creative, responsible, and innovative collaboration for users and visitors alike.

Above the plinth level, the building masses are structured in a U-shaped configuration around four internal courtyards, arranged alternatingly along a central spine. This main circulation axis serves as the core element for cross-departmental communication. In addition to flexible conference zones, this entire connecting gallery provides an ideal platform for all forms of agile work through its open loggias and generous visual links to the outdoors. The existing built environment finds an independent, confident continuation on the neighboring plot, integrating harmoniously into the overall urban fabric.

Structurally, the project utilizes an advanced timber-concrete hybrid construction system that optimizes material performance while significantly reducing the building's carbon footprint. Enhancing this sustainable approach, the envelope features a custom-developed parametric timber shading panel facade. These sustainable wood elements dynamically adapt in density and angle based on solar orientation, providing efficient solar control and a distinct architectural identity.
